Overview
Per Companies Register requirement, all New Zealand companies must have at least one director who lives in:
- New Zealand, or
- Australia, and who is a director of a company incorporated in Australia
The Multiple Changes feature in CAS 360 allows users to appoint directors with an Australian address for multiple companies from a single screen. Also see Officer Change - Multiple Companies.

Instructions
Select Officer Change.
The Officer Change screen will display.
Field | Description |

Contact |
Begin typing the officer's name. For new appointments, if the contact has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, will display. Click to add a new contact. |
Position | Select the officer's position as Director |
Position Status | Select the new applicable status from the drop-down lists as Appointed |
Meeting Status |

Resolution Date | Input the date of the change. |
Select to proceed to the following screen where you can select the companies. | |
Select to cancel the change. |

The Multiple Changes screen will display will a list of the companies and the changes.

Date

If you wish to modify the Date of change, click on the date and input the new date. Click on the Tick icon to confirm the change or click on the Cross to abort any change. |
Select Options | Edit to make any changes. | |
Select to access the Document Production screen to download or send the required form and documents for this change. |
Forms Prepared
CAS 360 will prepare the following documents and the documents will be automatically selected by default unless flagged off.
- Cover Letter(flagged off)
- Company Change Summary
- Director Meeting Minute or Resolutions
- Form 9 (for director appointments)
- Register of Officers
- Members meeting minute (flagged off)
Once you have downloaded or sent the documents for the first company, you will be taken back to the Multiple Changes screen to prepare the form and documents for the other company(s).
Filing Director Appointments (Filing Form 9)
Once documents have been downloaded or sent to clients, the company change will appear under Global Documents.
Once Form 9 has been signed, it can be uploaded and filed with Companies Office. For more information on filing company changes, click here.
