Below details what a typical onboarding and post-onboarding journey will look like when starting with CAS 360 New Zealand.
Onboarding Support:
Initial Onboarding Session 30-45 mins |
Once you have purchased CAS 360 New Zealand, an Onboarding Ticket will be created for you on your behalf. Following this, the Client Success Team will contact you via your contact phone number or email to assist with your transition to the software. A Zoom session can be arranged with the Client Success Team to discuss the import process from Companies Office, any integrations, email settings, templates, and CAS 360 training. |
Training Session 1 30-45 mins |
The first training session will typically cover: 1. Help and Resources 2. Company Selection and Alerts 3. Annual Returns This training can be recorded upon request. |
Training Session 2 30-45 mins |
The second training session will typically cover: 1. Company Address & Shareholder Changes 2. Officer Changes 3. Contact Address Changes 4. Multi-Company Changes This training can be recorded upon request. |
Training Session 3 (Optional) 30-45 mins |
The third training session (Optional) will typically cover: 1. AML/CCD 2. Trusts This training can be recorded upon request. |
