Connect CAS 360 with Companies Office

If you are new to BGL, use the getting started wizard to set up your Online Service Account and connect to the Companies Register. CAS 360 will automatically create and set up all authorised companies for your account

CAS 360 will give you access to your companies anywhere, anytime and on any device meaning, you can connect with more people more often.

Sign into CAS 360

To log in to CAS 360, follow three simple steps:

  1. Go to the CAS 360 Login Page.
  2. Enter your Username and Password


    In order for staff, clients, users and others to access CAS 360, an invitation needs to be sent, containing a username and password to the individual which will be required to access CAS 360. A valid email address, which will become the username, will be required to complete the invitation.  


  3. Select Login.


Connect CAS 360 with Companies Offices

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company Company.png

The Welcome to CAS 360 page will display.

This guide will help you to connect with Companies Office using your RealMe login details. Once connected, CAS360 will request all the authorised companies for your account.

Select Importing data


Set the jurisdiction to New Zealand and click Continue to Companies Office

CAS360 first requires you to connect with Companies Office using your RealMe login details. For more information about RealMe, see Setting up your online services account

Once you have input your credentials you will need to accept the CAS 360 connection. 

To grant CAS 360 access to connect to Companies Office select Approve.

CAS 360 will now automatically sync with Companies Office. This step will create the agent profile in CAS 360 Settings. 

Select Save and Request Authorised Companies

CAS360 will now connect to Companies Office and Request a list of Companies that can be automatically imported into CAS360.

To import the selected companies attached to the agent, Select Import Companies.


The following information will be automatically entered into CAS 360 for each company selected using the Companies Office API:

  • Company Type
  • Company Class
  • Company Sub Class
  • Incorporation Date
  • Registered Office Address
  • Address for Service
  • Address for Communication 
  • Ultimate Holding Company (if applicable)
  • Directors' and Secretaries (history included)
  • Current Members' Balances

It is important that you review the data received from the Companies Office for completeness and correctness.

  • Shareholding history.
  • Adding previous names
  • Add tax data
  • Add company charges
  • Trust information
