Overview
Director Interests are any potential conflicts of interest that a director may have in other companies/entities/organisations that could be seen to impact the decision-making ability of the director.
CAS 360 allows users to import the directorships and shareholdings of a company's directors, reducing the time wasted on needing to manually enter the data.
