Overview
CAS 360 allows unlimited users. The access levels of fellow employees and managers that have been invited to CAS 360 can be customisable via User Roles.
- For instructions on how to change the User Roles applied to users, see User Manager.
Only users with the Admin user role can customise the User Roles for CAS 360.
- From the top toolbar, hover your mouse over the App Switcher icon and select Users.
- From the BGL Account page, hover your mouse over the Admin icon (on the left hand Main Toolbar) and in the side menu select Role Settings.
Differences between User Roles
From the User Roles screen, you can manage a user's CAS 360 experience at a global level.
To turn a function ON or OFF, simply change the toggle.
Before getting started, it is important to invite the appropriate users, grant and review the correct level of access for your firm.

This permission allows or denies users the ability to authorize or reject connections to third-party applications. |
At the moment, you are unable to restrict which companies a user has access to when they are invited to your CAS 360 subscription. Invited users will be able to view all companies on your subscription.
