Automated Debt Reminders - Due Date Based Enhancements
Automated Debt Reminders have been significantly enhanced to support due-date-based scheduling, giving firms far greater control over when and how clients are reminded about outstanding annual review fees. This includes:- Reminders that can be set for when debts are both upcoming and overdue.
- The ability to set multiple reminders before a debt is due, improving on-time payment rates.
- Overdue reminders automatically include a full breakdown of all outstanding debts.
- Intelligent suppression: If an overdue debt exists, upcoming reminders are cancelled to avoid confusion.
- Automatically updating reminder schedules that change when settings / a debt's due date is updated.
- Full backward compatibility for existing reminders, automatically migrating to the new overdue strategy.
- Multiple upcoming reminders per debt supported.
- CDD Ongoing: Next Review Required Field Now Mandatory - When the Level of CDD Required is set to Ongoing, the Next Review Required field is now mandatory for Australian companies and trusts, ensuring compliance review dates are always captured.

Annual Reviews – The option to add automatic document reminders is now accessible after re-processing an Annual Review.

Director Certificates - CAS 360 now supports a Register of Directors’ Certificates for New Zealand Companies, allowing you to record and maintain a compliant list of Director Certificate records.
These records can then be used to generate an individual register and can also be included in the Full Company Register Set. - Company Name Reservations - Reserved names sharing the same organisation are now grouped together for clarity, including name reservations made by other individuals for the same organisation.
- Company Relationships: Public Officers – Now hides the 'Save & Prepare Documents' Button Correctly
A validation has been added for restricted/sensitive company names.
If triggered, users must enable authorisation before saving:
“The resolution requires authorisation to include sensitive and/or restricted words or expressions in the proposed company name.”Presenter consistency - The Presenter used in Document Production is now consistently applied to both lodgements and receipts.

Charge Certificate Attachments - The Certificate of Company Charge Registration is now automatically added to the MR01 record in the Documents screen.

An issue where document production validations were missing (e.g. DOB, Surname) has been fixed. Validations now correctly appear to prevent incomplete data.
