Manual Document Reviewer Reminders
Document preparers can now send manual reminder emails to reviewers who have not yet completed their review. This gives firms direct control over review turnaround without needing to follow up outside CAS360.
- A 'Send Reviewer Reminder' action sends an immediate reminder to all reviewers with a Pending status on the document.
- A confirmation flip notification is displayed on send, and the reminder email is logged in the Pending Outbox.
- If the reminder email fails to deliver, CAS360 notifies the preparer so they can take action — such as re-preparing documents with an alternative reviewer.
Smart Email - Additional Workflow Coverage
Smart Email now supports AI-generated email composition for additional workflow types. Contextual information is passed to the model to produce relevant, ready-to-send emails for each event type.
