When a company is imported from the Companies Office into CAS 360, the historical shareholdings will need to be reviewed:
Import Historical Shareholdings
When the company data has been imported, ensure to update the dates for the shareholders.
Importing Shareholders will allow users to enter the balance date of the shares at the import date.
- This is due to the Companies Office not sending shareholder transaction history with the import.
The Shareholders will also be entered as Balance type transactions.
In the shareholders screen, beside the shareholders, click and select Change to Allotment.
- If these shares were transferred, change the subscriber for this allotment to the previous shareholder, then process a Share Transfer to the current shareholder.
Edit Allotment Date
Once imported and changed to an allotment, edit the dates recorded using the following instructions:
- Beside the shareholder, click

- Select Edit.
- Edit the Transaction Date and click
If desired, forms related to these shareholders can be re-printed:
