Overview
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides additional security when using Digital Signing in CAS 360.
Enabling 2FA allows signatories to confirm their identity prior to signing documents you prepare.
Default 2FA can be enabled for all CAS360 users in your subscription. User-specific and signing contact default settings can also be set for 2FA when producing documents.
Pre-Requisite
Integrate CAS 360 with a Digital Signing Provider.
A Digital Signing integration is required to utilise the 2FA process. CAS 360 has partnered with Docusign, Adobe Sign, and FuseSign.

Note: Once the 2FA settings are saved, CAS 360 will remember this setting at a User level.
Future documents will automatically default to the saved settings when digital signing is enabled.
Manage 2FA for individual Signatories - Contact Level
2FA can be a requirement for the whole document pack or just for individual signatories.
2FA settings for individual signatories are managed under Document Production > Electronic Signing Options:
Each contact requires a valid mobile number to complete the 2FA process.
Once saved, these settings are saved as the default for the individual signatory.
To send the documents to the selected signatories, select Send All.
Selecting Download All will only save the documents on your device and not send them to the signatories.
The CAS 360 outbox stores all outgoing email messages that have been sent from CAS 360. From the outbox, you will be able to view, resend and track the delivery of all emails forwarded from CAS 360.
See Email Outbox for more information.
