Query
When in the Officers, Addresses or Shareholders screen, I receive the following error:
No authorised account exists for this company. Please authorise an agent in Agents Settings Page.
Solution
The error occurs if:
- Your online service account has not been entered into CAS 360; and/or
- Your Authorised Account has not been attached to the company

From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings |

Select Lodgement/Agent Settings |
|
Click to add in a new registered agent to CAS 360.

Your Authorised Account has not been attached to the company
Your Online service account can be attached to a company via the General Details screen.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

Select the Company from the list. |

Select General Details |
Under Authorised Account, select your Online Service Account

If you have added the company to CAS 360 before entering your Online Service Account and the account is not displaying in the Authorised Account field, click
