Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your CAS 360 log in:
Ensure that you are using the correct URL
The address in the address bar of your browser should be:
Bookmark this address to ensure that you are using the correct URL when logging in
- Test if you are able to log on using a different browser
If you are able to log in using a different browser, you may need to clear the cache on your usual browser.
To do this, please follow the instructions: How to clear your browser's cache
- Locked out of your account
If you have tried to log in unsuccessfully too many times, your account may have been locked. You will need to wait the allocated time before trying again
- Reset password
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your Password where you will be prompted for the email address associated with your CAS 360 subscription. Follow the instructions sent to your email address to reset your password.
