Freeform Documents: A Letter template has been added to Freeform documents! Clients can now create their own Freeform Minutes, Resolutions, Document and Letter templates in CAS 360. Learn More 

Annual Returns: When processing an Annual Return in CAS 360, clients now have the option to quickly and easily replace the data in CAS 360 with data from the Companies Office via the Review Tab. Learn More 

New Document: A Waiver of Preemptive Rights Shareholder Document has been added to CAS 360. When a Share transfer is selected to be printed, and the transfer of shares is to a new shareholder, the Waiver of Preemptive Rights Shareholder Document can be quickly added to the Shareholder document production screen. Learn More

BGLiD: New Zealand driver’s licence verification support has been added to BGLiD. Learn More
