Register of Trust Events – CAS 360 New Zealand

Overview

The Register of Trust Events lists all the Events added for a Trust.

From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Reports

Select Register of Trust Events

CAS 360 will display the Report Settings screen.

Select the trust(s) to appear in the register by flagging the tick box

Use the search field to filter the list of trusts.

Report Filters	Explanation
Report Date	Set a Date to be displayed on the report.
Label	Set a Company Label as a filter when preparing the Report.
Show Transaction View	Select to generate the report using the Transaction View, displaying all trust events in date order, essentially reflecting the trust events screen in CAS 360.
Show Detailed View	Select to generate the report using the Detailed View, grouping events by individual asset/liability.
Show Totals	Select to include the table of totals of events in the register.
Show Historical Data	Select to display all trust events when preparing the report (past and present).
Download As Combined File	Select to combine multiple selected trusts registers as a single pdf. If not selected, CAS 360 will generate an individual pdf for each selected trust.
