The Companies in Licence Report in CAS 360 provides a clear, downloadable snapshot of all companies that currently count toward your subscription licence. This report is particularly useful for tracking active companies and deactivated companies that still affect your licence, along with the dates they will stop impacting your subscription.
Why This Report Matters
CAS 360 subscription limits are based on the number of companies attached to your account. Even after a company is deactivated, it continues to count toward your licence until the specified licence expiry date. This report helps you:
Monitor your active and deactivated companies affecting your licence
Plan for licence capacity and avoid unexpected overages
Identify when deactivated companies will no longer contribute to your licence count
How Licence Count Works
CAS 360’s licence counting works as follows:
Active companies always count toward your subscription limit.
Deactivated companies continue to count until the subscription anniversary date (annually or 365 days on a monthly subscription).
After the anniversary date, CAS 360 automatically adjusts the count. You do not need to manually remove deactivated companies.
This ensures you always have an accurate picture of your company usage without interruptions or overlooked entries.
