The ID Verification screen allows you to track and manage all BGLiD verification requests within CAS 360.

ID Verification Screen
Search
Search allows you to search for Verification ID requests based on the Contact/Entity, Email Address, or status of the message.
Use the column headings to sort the contacts in the ID Verification screen. Simply click on a column heading with the following symbol , to sort contacts.
Additional Column Headings can be added or removed through the Filter Column button. Simply click on Filter Columns.
This will open a table where you can customise the Column Headings shown on the Annual Return screen. Please note that these columns will only be displayed for your user.
Clicking the Options button will open a pop-up with two options.
- View Email - This feature is coming soon.
- History - View the full history of the ID verification message, including the date and time it was sent/completed.
Verification Results Breakdown
The Verification Result Column will provide a quick insight into the result of the Verification Check that was sent out. The Verification Result will display results relating to Gov ID, Biometric and AML / PEP.
Each colour represents a different result; if a type of Verification ID was not conducted icon will appear grey.
