1. Global Contacts - Added a bulk delete option for contacts that are not in use, including the option to keep or remove contacts with BGLiD information.
2. Contact Relationships - If a contact has a linked relationship, you can now quickly navigate to the company or trust by clicking its name.

1. Contact Compliance - You can now add a Medicare card to the Contact Compliance screen.

1. CAS 360 Singapore now offers BGLiD integration, making client identity verification faster, simpler, and fully compliant. With real-time AML checks and Adverse Media screening, firms can complete verification processes directly within CAS 360, with results automatically stored in the contact’s Compliance screen.

1. BGLiD is now available in CAS 360: Verify client identities directly within CAS 360, using trusted datasets for ID, AML & Adverse Media Checks. Verification results are attached to the contact record for easy tracking.
2. Upcoming Legislation Changes - 18th November 2025
   As part of these changes, CAS 360 includes the following key updates:
   1. IN01 Applicant Capacity: Now always defaults to AGENT; selector disabled.
   2. When preparing certain UK Companies House-lodged forms in CAS 360, you may encounter the error message: ‘Name’ is missing the Companies House Personal Code
      1. This occurs because Companies House now requires each contact (director, shareholder, PSC, etc.) to have a Personal Code recorded in CAS 360 to lodge the form electronically.
   3. Director & PSC Updates:
      1. Identity verification now correctly populates Part 6 of CS01.
      2. Name-mismatch reasons persist correctly.
      3. Register Entry Date updated for PSCs.
      4. Companies House Personal Code required; missing code triggers document production error.
   4. Document Options Toggle: Choose between pre-Nov 18 forms and Nov 18, 2025 forms.
   5. Name Verification: Matches individual names to Companies House; mismatches are saved for future forms.
   6. Confirmation Statement: New Director’s Identity Verification question added.
   7. Contact Address Changes: Forms updated.
   8. Officer & PSC Registrations: Updated process reflects Companies House Personal Code and Public Register changes.
