How it works
Director Disqualification check Alert
When a Director Appointment (Filing Form 9) is filed to Company Office, CAS360 will run a validation check to ensure that the director appointed is not a disqualified director. If the appointed director matches with a director on the Companies Office register of disqualified directors, an alert will appear, as shown below.
Select Action, to proceed.
After selecting Action, you will be taken to the Director Disqualification Check screen.
CAS 360 will display the matching details between the intended appointee and any individual listed on the Companies Office’s register of disqualified directors.
If the intended director is not the same person as the disqualified individual shown, select the toggle under the question “Is the appointed director not the person(s) identified above?” to green, then click Proceed.
