Hi There,

I tried filing the annual return for the above company, but it came back REJECTED and as follows:

Transaction Type: ANNUAL RETURN

Status: Invalid request parameters. ERR_INCORRECT_ETAG - Etag(If-Match) has incorrect value.

Please let me know why this rejection ??

Thanks for bringing this to the Community.

The rejection reason, ERR_INCORRECT_ETAG - Etag(If-Match) has incorrect value, points to a dropped connection with the Companies Office during lodgement. This is usually a temporary issue on their end, so once their connection has stabilised the re-lodgement should go through fine.

You'll need to re-prepare and re-file the annual return for HEALY DENTAL LIMITED. Before starting, check the Documents screen to see if the signed copy has already been uploaded to CAS 360, and if so, download it first so you don't lose it.

Here's what to do:
1. Download the signed copy from the Documents screen (if uploaded)
2. Delete the AR transaction from the Documents screen, this brings the AR back into the Annual Returns screen
3. Re-prepare the AR for this company, selecting Download ALL rather than Send All, since the client has already signed
4. Go to Documents, find the transaction, then Options | Attachments, and upload the signed documents you downloaded in step 1
5. Lodge the AR again
That should get it through once the Companies Office connection is back up.
